Terms of Service

Welcome to WedChat. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WedChat’s website, services, and applications (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Wizz Stack, LLC(“Wizz Stack”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using WedChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

WedChat is a web-based tool that allows engaged couples to create AI-powered wedding information pages. Guests can visit these pages to ask questions about the wedding and receive answers generated by artificial intelligence, based on details the couple has provided.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to WedChat, including wedding details, photos, and customizations (“Your Content”). By submitting content, you grant Wizz Stack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. You agree not to upload content that:

• infringes any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene;
• contains malicious code, viruses, or spam;
• misrepresents your identity or impersonates any person or entity.

5. Payment and Billing

WedChat offers a free trial and paid plans. Paid plans are one-time purchases processed through Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide.

Refunds. WedChat is a digital service delivered immediately upon purchase. Our full refund terms are described in our Refund Policy. In general, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been substantially used.

6. AI-Generated Content

WedChat uses third-party large language models to generate responses to guest questions. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, AI responses are based solely on the information you provide and may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information shared with guests through the Service. Wizz Stack is not liable for decisions made by you or your guests based on AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems;
• reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise trying to extract source code;
• sending automated or bulk requests that degrade Service performance;
• using the Service to send unsolicited messages or spam;
• using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable grace period.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WIZZ STACK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZZ STACK, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wizz Stack, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
