Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Wizz Stack, LLC(“we”, “us”) may issue refunds for purchases made on WedChat. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Try before you buy (it’s free)

WedChat is free to build and preview. You can create your full wedding page, test the AI chat yourself as much as you like, and share a private preview with a friend, all before paying anything. You only pay the one-time fee when you choose to publish your page for guests. Because you can fully try WedChat for free first, we ask that you confirm it’s right for you before purchasing.

All sales are final

WedChat is sold as a one-time digital purchase that is delivered immediately upon payment: your page goes live, and for the VIP plan a dedicated phone number is reserved for your wedding right away. Because the product is delivered and consumed on purchase, and because you can build and preview it for free beforehand, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

There is one important exception, below: if WedChat doesn’t actually work, we’ll make it right.

If something doesn’t work, we’ll make it right

“All sales final” does not apply when the product fails to deliver. If your page never went live, your VIP phone number was never set up, or WedChat otherwise doesn’t work as described, email us at hello@wizzstack.com and we’ll fix it fast. If we can’t, we will issue a full refund. We may also make exceptions at our sole discretion as a goodwill gesture.

How to reach us about a refund

Email hello@wizzstack.com from the email address on your WedChat account with the subject line Refund Request. Include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The couple name on the wedding page
  • A brief description of what went wrong

We review requests within 2 business days. Any approved refund is issued to the original payment method and typically appears within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

What isn’t refundable

Outside the “if something doesn’t work” guarantee above, we generally do not refund:

  • Change of mind, or deciding you no longer need the page, after purchase
  • Pages that have been published and used by guests
  • VIP purchases once the dedicated phone number has been provisioned
  • Accounts that have been deleted (deletion confirms acceptance of the service)
  • Chargebacks or disputes filed through your bank without first contacting us

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and tie up our ability to help future customers. If you file a chargeback without first reaching out, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the dispute.
