Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which Wizz Stack, LLC(“we”, “us”) may issue refunds for purchases made on WedChat. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial before purchase
Every WedChat account starts with a free trial that includes up to 50 guest messages. You can create a full wedding page, test the AI chat, and share it with a few guests before deciding whether to upgrade. We strongly recommend using the free trial to confirm WedChat is right for you before purchasing.
Our refund policy
WedChat is sold as a one-time digital purchase delivered immediately upon payment. Because the service is consumed on delivery, all sales are generally final.
However, we understand that things come up. We offer refunds at our sole discretion under the following conditions:
- Within 7 days of purchase, and
- The paid wedding page has not been substantially used— we consider a wedding page “substantially used” when it has received more than 25 guest messages or has been published publicly for longer than 48 hours, whichever comes first.
How to request a refund
Email john@wizzstack.com from the email address on your WedChat account with the subject line Refund Request. Include:
- The email address on your account
- The couple name on the wedding page
- A brief reason for the refund
We review refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-refundable cases
We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
- Wedding pages with more than 25 guest messages
- Wedding pages that have been publicly live for more than 48 hours
- Accounts that have been deleted (deletion confirms acceptance of the service)
- Chargebacks or disputes filed through your bank without first contacting us
Service issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents WedChat from working as described, contact us first at john@wizzstack.com. We’re usually able to fix issues quickly, and if we can’t, we will issue a full refund regardless of the time limits above.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and tie up our ability to help future customers. If you file a chargeback without first reaching out, we reserve the right to suspend your account and contest the dispute.
