WedChat is operated by Wizz Stack, LLC. These SMS Terms describe how the WedChat SMS Concierge feature works and your rights as a user.

What is WedChat SMS Concierge?

WedChat SMS Concierge provides a dedicated phone number for each wedding. Guests can text this number to ask questions about the wedding (venue, schedule, dress code, travel, etc.) and receive instant AI-generated replies based on the information the couple has provided.

Consent & Opt-In

All SMS conversations are guest-initiated. Guests voluntarily choose to text the wedding phone number, which is displayed on printed invitations, table cards, wedding signage, or shared directly by the couple. By texting the number, guests consent to receiving AI-generated replies related to the wedding.

WedChat never sends unsolicited messages, marketing content, or bulk SMS. Every outbound message is a direct reply to an inbound guest question.

Opt-Out

Guests can stop receiving messages at any time by texting STOP to the wedding phone number. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent to that phone number. Guests can text START to re-subscribe.

Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on guest interaction. Guests receive one reply per question asked. Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on the guest's mobile carrier and plan.

Data & Privacy

Guest phone numbers are used solely for the purpose of responding to wedding-related questions. We do not sell, share, or use phone numbers for marketing purposes. Conversations are stored to provide context within a session and for analytics visible only to the couple. Guest identities remain anonymous to the couple — only message content is visible in analytics, not phone numbers.

Supported Carriers

WedChat SMS works with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
